Acorn Housing is here to help local authorities with shortages of affordable accommodation helping to prevent homelessness. We do this by connecting them and their clients with our private sector housing and tenant support. Our services and approach makes it cost effective to help clients live a better quality of life making it more stable and productive and also gives an alternative choice instead of costly emergency temporary accommodation.

Landlords

We can help you let out your property, we offer this service to Landlords, agents and housing organisation. We help Landlords maximise their rental by securing a long-term tenant alongside our continued support. We are always in search for good condition affordable homes. The best part of our service is that this is free!

Tenants

We understand how important it is to have a long-term stable location. Our services offer support and provide the best chance of personal progression for all our tenants with a catered support plan for their needs from allocation, relocation and integration to your new home and community.
